SERVICES
Interpretation Services
Interpretation refers to facilitating verbal communication between speakers of different languages. Our interpreters are each native speakers of their target language and have extensive prior experience as well as at least forty hours of professional training. We are the first in the Northeast Ohio region to utilize Digital Audio Receivers (DAR) to ensure accurate interpretation.We provide interpretation services in many languages such as: K’ICHE(GUATEMALA), IXIL, VIETNAMESE, ARABIC, RUSSIAN, UKRANIAN, ETC.
Translation Services
Translation refers to converting a written idea from one language to an equivalent target-language text. Our translators are each native speakers of their target language. The translators, editors and proofreaders are accredited by the American Translators Association or other similar organizations. Our translation project coordinators tailor each project to the needs of the individual client, including the availability of graphic design and complex formatting services where needed.
Simultaneous Interpretation
The rendering of the full and accurate meaning of speech from one language into another while the speaker or signer is still talking. This requires the interpreter to listen, comprehend, translate, and reproduce a speaker or signer's message while the speaker or signer continues to speak or sign, typically lagging a matter seconds behind the speaker or signer's comunication. This simultaneous mode is used by interpreters when interpreting all that is said in courtroom proceedings for non-English speaking defendants or other paricipants.

LEGAL
Our interpreters regularly provide services at interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials in both the civil and criminal contexts. Including translation of Legal Documents: Contracts, foreign court records, etc
MEDICAL
Many of our medical interpreters hold medical certifications. Our interpreters regularly provide services for doctors appointments, emergency services, hospitals, pre-op and post-op care, psychiatric facilities, and cognitive impairment services.
EDUCATION
Our interpreters are experienced with interpretation in educational settings, including but not limited to parent/teacher conferences and Individual Education Plan (IEP) appointments
